MECCANISMO D’AZIONE
L'acido acetilsalicilico ha proprietà analgesiche, antipiretiche, antiinfiammatorie ed antitrombotiche .
Il suo meccanismo d'azione è principalmente correlato all'inibizione dell'enzima ciclossigenasi(Acetilandola) che comporta una inibizione della biosintesi delle prostaglandine.
Nelle piastrine l'acido acetilsalicilico blocca la sintesi di trombossano A2 svolgendo un'azione antiagreggante piastrinica.
INDICAZIONI
- Azione antalgica: Mal di testa, nevralgie, dolori articolari, dolori mestruali
- Azione antipiretica: Terapia sintomatica degli stati febbrili
- Azione antiinfiammatoria: Nelle malattie reumatiche
- Azione antiaggregante: Profilassi e trattamento delle patologie cardiovascolari causate da processi tromboembolici.
CONTROINDICAZIONI
POSOLOGIA
- Profilassi e trattamento delle patologie cardiovascolari causate da processi tromboembolici: 100 mg al giorno, preferibilmente dopo i pasti.
